The web site is good and we are glad you are working on making it better. It would be nice to have more color on the front page or have things moving so people would take a second look. Know you didn't do the front page but if it could be changed that would be wonderful. Like you showed us on the kid's page. That will be just great when done.
We've been told that too many pictures or "bells and whistles" translates into slower download times for anyone first visiting the website. Maybe someone has the actual statistics, but I understand that a slower download time normally results in people becoming impatient and moving on to other domains. We do NOT want that to happen, especially as we are just now getting ready to do more outreach in advertising the main website. It may be best to keep it fast and lean. The other websites, two in the works and another possibly down the road can and probably should be different in format and style. Because the kids one will have so much going on, it might be advisable to do an entry page that offers both a "56K" link and alternatively a "Broadband" link (one with minimal Flash, and the other mostly Flash).

The quality (look, eye appeal) is not important to me. Having the TRUTH with ease of use is what matters to me.
Having this forum is an EXCELLENT addition.
