2015 USA FEAST OF TABERNACLES
September 28 (at sunset) - October 5 (Last Great Day is October 6)
Pulaski Baptist Association Camp and Fellowship Center, 26224 Silver Lane, Waynesville, MO 65583

Please submit no later than September 1st.

  Accommodations:
  Your choice of accommodations, $17.00 per person, per day (under 5 free):
  1. Camping - Tent/RV (Please note: RV Hookups are not provided).
  2. Lodge (Those that have health difficulties will automatically be given this preference) or
  3. Individual cabins (with approximately six bunk beds - each with own restroom and showers).

  Optional Fellowship Meals:
  $3.00 for one scheduled dinner meal, per day, per person. Childen 5 years and under are free.

  Deposit:
  Upon submitting this form you will be directed to a page to enable you to use Paypal to provide a
  $50 non-refundable reservation deposit fee to YAIY (to be applied toward your total camping fee).
  Remaining camp fees will be paid to YAIY when you arrive at the Feast site.
